Dear Teachers2
Dear Teachers2
Dear Teachers2
I am writing to inform you of my child's absence from school on Friday, May 10th, due to
illness. My child, Juan Custodio, was unable to attend school on that day as they were
experiencing symptoms of the flu. As a responsible parent, I deemed it necessary for their
health and the well-being of their classmates to keep them at home to prevent the spread of
the illness.
During the time of their absence, Juan Custodio was under my care and supervision at home.
They were unable to complete their schoolwork and modules due to the severity of their
symptoms and the need for rest and recuperation. However, I assure you that [he/she] is
eager to catch up on any missed assignments and is committed to staying on track with
their studies.
I kindly request that you provide any necessary guidance or assistance to help [Child's
Name] catch up on the missed schoolwork and ensure [his/her] academic progress is not
hindered by this temporary setback.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Please do not hesitate to
contact me if you require any further information or documentation regarding my child's
absence.
Sincerely,
-Mark Custodio
