I say on oath/affirm:
1. I am the Plaintiff.
2. Troy Justen Adams trading as Gemstart Building Services, Defendant 1
is a person liable to pay the judgment.
3. The amount payable under the judgment (including any prior enforcement costs but excluding
interest after judgment under section 101 of the Civil Procedure Act 2005) as at the date of this
affidavit is $917.83.
4. Interest payable under section 101 of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 is $4.83.

8. Any debts are, or are reasonably likely to be, owed by the garnishee to the judgment debtor
because On 13 August 2024 the following orders (and/or directions) were made: 1 The
Tribunal orders that the respondent Troy Justen Adams trading as Gemstar Building Services,
is to pay the applicant Gaurav Verma, the sum of $800.00, immediately. I waited for 3 more
weeks but no payments were made by Mr. Troy so I registered the order in the local court. On
5 September 2024 the following orders were made: Judgement: Troy Justen Adams trading
as Gemstar Building Services, First Defendant is to pay Gaurav Verma, First Plaintiff the sum
of Claim amount: $800.00 Interest claimed: $4.83 Filing fees: $113.00 Service fees: $0.00
