Dear Inver Grove Honda Customer Service,

I am writing to address a serious discrepancy between the representations made during the sale
of my vehicle and the actual functionalities it possesses.

During the sale process, I was explicitly informed of two key features that influenced my
decision to purchase the vehicle. Firstly, I was assured that I could remotely start the car using
the car key, and secondly, I was led to believe that the car had the capability to be started
remotely using my cell phone, a feature I find particularly convenient.

Regrettably, while the first feature is functional, the second feature is conspicuously absent.
Upon verification with Honda Link service, it has been confirmed that the hardware program
necessary for remote start via cell phone was not installed in my vehicle from the outset.

This misrepresentation is of great concern to me, as it significantly impacts my daily routine and
the convenience I expected from the vehicle. I specifically chose this car with the understanding
that I could remotely start it with my cell phone, particularly during winter when weather
conditions make it impractical to manually start the vehicle.

Due to the considerable distance between my workplace and the parking lot, I utilize a shuttle
bus to reach the parking facility, typically arriving late at night around 8 or 9 o'clock.
Consequently, I find it necessary to initiate the car's engine using my cell phone at least 10
minutes prior to reaching the parking lot. This precaution is taken for safety reasons, as driving
a vehicle with the engine pre-started is particularly advisable during the cold winter nights.

The false advertising and misrepresentation have caused considerable inconvenience, as the
promised feature is not available due to the absence of the required hardware program. As a
result, I am left with a vehicle that does not meet the specifications that were assured during the
sales process.

I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention and request an immediate resolution.
Failing a swift and satisfactory resolution, I am left with no alternative but to pursue legal action
to rectify this breach of representation.

I trust that you understand the gravity of this situation and will take prompt action to address and
resolve this matter. Your cooperation in this regard is appreciated, and I hope we can avoid the
need for legal recourse.
