Heasync app is a healthtech app where a user can schedule their doctor’s appointment, get
access to doctor’s information and book and schedule diagnostic test.The app provides users
with the ability to easily schedule diagnostic tests and doctor’s appointment through the website
while ensuring transparency in pricing information.

1.3 Problem Statement


Nowadays when technology is everywhere people still follow the conventional way of
booking a doctor’s appointment.People have to stay in queue for hours to book an
appointment or book a diagnostic test.Healthcare service providers also face problems while
maintaining,processing all the bookings and scheduling all the appointments.

1.4 Solution

In response to these challenges, we propose Healsync which is a centralized healthcare


system application.Through our application,users can book appointments while sitting at
home,get access to information about healthcare professionals,and book diagnostic tests.Also
with our solution,our client a healthcare service provider can have a centralized system where r

The Healsync application will be a web application.It will have a landing page where users will
get to see all the information about our client’s healthcare professionals.It will have a payment
gateway where users can pay the fees of the appointment and the diagnostic tests.It will have a
database where all the information about healthcare provider will be stored.The database will
also store user information and status.

2.1 Users
Registration/Login: Users create an account or log in using existing credentials (email, social
media, or single sign-on).

Profile Setup: Users fill out personal information, medical history, and preferences to
personalize their experience.

3.1 User Profile Management: users can create profiles,manage,update their
information,store their medical history.
3.2. Appointment Scheduling: Users can book,cancel,reschedule their appointment.
3.3 Health Records Access: Secure access to personal health records,lab
results,medication information.
3.4 Community Support: Forums,chat groups will be available for users to interact with
customer support of the health care service provider.
3.5 User Feedback and Reviews: Feature for users to leave reviews and feedback about
the experience.

1.Registration/Login: Users login using their credentials (email,number,social media).
2.Profile Setup: Users fill out their personal information,medical history.

1. Home Screen: Users can see overview of their health date if they provide their
medical information,upcoming appointments,notifications.

records, articles, and support.

4.3 Health Information Access: Users can see the available appointments,healthcare
professionals details,available diagnostic tests,discounts

1.Finding Providers: Users can search for healthcare professionals based on specialty,
location, or availability.

2.Booking Appointments: Users select a date and time, and confirm the appointment.
They receive reminders leading up to the date.

Access to Medical Records: Users can view lab results, prescriptions, and visit
summaries.

Document Upload: Option to upload documents or images related to health conditions or


treatments.

Forums/Groups: Users can connect with others for support or discussion around specific
health topics.

Customer Support: Access to FAQs, live chat, or ticketing system for technical or
health-related queries.
