IX Spiritual Assembly Script 1.

Sara : “ Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the
mind to think ”

Pushkraj: An awesomely amazing morning to all of you. with this


quote by Sir Albert Einstein, let’s plunge into our today’s morning
assembly ! but before let’s take a little sneak peak into yesterday’s
history.

Sara : Every year, 17th of November is celebrated as the International


Students Day. The day commemorates the storming of the University
of Prague, in 1939 by the Nazis leading to the killing and mass arrest
of students. It's a day to promote solidarity among students worldwide
and advocate for their rights and freedoms.

Pushkraj: Keeping these events in mind, today’s theme of assembly


is:-
The importance of time management and balancing academics with
extracurricular activities

Sara : Moving on let’s pray to goddess Saraswati and seek her


blessings.

(After Prayer)

Pushkraj: We become what we hear and to become 1% better


everyday let’s listen to our today’s thought of the day from Prachiti.

(After Thought of the Day)


Sara : Thank You Prachiti, now after a sip of daily energy let us catch
up with current happenings around India and Abroad. I invite Gargi
for the same.

(After News)

Pushkraj: Thank You Gargi, On our mission of becoming 1% better


everyday, enriching our vocabulary can do great guns, hence to enrich
us with daily vocabulary here comes Prathamesh.

(After Word of the Day)

Pushkraj: Thank You Parthamesh. We’ve had enough one way talks
so far but now its time for some interaction! Hence I call Kaustubh
and Atharv for the activity.

(After Activity)

Sara : Thank You Kaustubh and Atharv for your insightful Activity.

Pushkraj: What sets us apart from any other creature on the planet, is
our ability to speak and express our views. So to express his views
here comes Shayaan.

(After Speech)

Sara : Thank You Shayaan. As we gather here today, let us renew our
commitment to our nation and our school. I Hereby invite Abhijith on
the dais to lead us with the pledge.

Pushkraj: Guess who's turning a year older today? It's some of our
very own JVMites ! Let's invite the school choir group to serenade
them with a birthday song.

Sara : We are honoured to have our esteemed Principal Sir with us


today. We would like to invite him to address the assembly with his
inspiring words.

(After Principal’s Speech)

Sara : Ask not what the country can do for you, ask what you can do
for the country. With this quote by John F. Kennedy, let’s stand tall
with pride and honour the nation with the national anthem.

(After National Anthem)

Pushkraj: As we depart from this assembly, let us carry the spirit of


unity, knowledge, and hope. May we strive to be the best versions of
ourselves and contribute positively to our society. Have a wonderful
day!
