– Developed an image search system using transfer learning and ResNet50. The system effectively searches for specific
categories of images, demonstrating significant accuracy and performance in the selected domains.
– Completed a document digitization project using advanced image processing techniques, where images were renamed based
on specific handwritten fields extracted from the documents with an accuracy greater than 90%.
– Constructed a comprehensive knowledge graph in Neo4j. Additionally, I developed an engine using LLM that converts
natural language questions into Cypher queries and executing these queries in Neo4j returns accurate natural language
responses.This was a crucial part of developing the ’ARC AI’ chatbot.
– Implemented Graph RAG which involved extracting triplets from documents, construction of a graph from in Neo4j and
then build a system which can efficiently answers both local and global queries from the documents.
– Built a system to reference relevant images from documents in response to specific questions. This involved detecting images
using YOLO-World, identifying text blocks with MuPDF, and calculating the nearest text blocks to the images. The images
and associated text were then used to generate descriptions using LLM, which were stored in a vector database for efficient
retrieval based on contextual similarity.It was useful when you wanted to reference the most relevant images along with the
correct answer if the questions were asked from a document.
