Legal Notice
Under the instructions of our Client namely Mr. Wajid Ali S/o Rana Muhammad
Basheer resident 331-N, Samanabad, Lahore (hereinafter referred to as ‘Our Client’)
to serve you with the following legal notice:-

1. That our Client is a wholesaler, importer, merchant and retail store services
of all kinds of clothing for the last many years under the trade mark,
‘GHULAB’ and it has come to our client’s knowledge about your concealment
of facts relating to rent deed which was made and executed by you and Mr.
Majeed who is the actual owner of the said premises situated at Shop Nos.1 &
2, Majeed Plaza, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi but you assured and showed
that you are the owner of the said premises/ shops and executed a further
rent agreement with our client on the basis of concealment of facts and
material misstatements, fraud in nature and designed to cause significant and
overwhelming damage to its wealth and health in an attempt to harass and
extort money (double rent) from our client.

2. Due to this reason, our client deceived and mislead by you and has suffered
irreparable loss and injury by reason of your wrongful act. As he do not
intend to have recourse to litigation hastily, he hereby call upon you to return

Payments of the said money belongs to him immediately to our Client, pay
damages and also pay legal expenses amounting to Rs.1500,000/-. (Fifteen
Lacs Only).

3. That your actions have caused damaged to our client’s reputation and caused
substantial inconvenience, interruptions and endangering our client’s as
business as wealth. Moreover, your constant harassment and extortion has
caused grave mental anguish to our client. It is further warn you that you
have no legal right to claim rent because you are not real owner of the said
rented property and has not right to sublet the said shops/premises (rented
property) to our Client and charged 200,000/- per month from our Client.

Our Client wishes to give you an opportunity of avoiding un-necessary litigation, and
accordingly we hereby give you legal notice and call upon you to contact our client
or our law firm for an amicable settlement of this matter by making payment of the
damages and legal fee amounting to Rs.1500,000/-, otherwise the legal proceedings
will have to be initiated against you for recovery of the damages and legal fee
amounting to Rs.1500,000/-.
Failing compliance with the said requirements within seven days from the date of
this notice, our client shall be constrained to proceed against you in the said civil &
criminal courts according to law at your risk as to costs, and you solely shall be
responsible for the consciences.
A copy of this notice has been retained in this office for further reference.
