    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
     Responsible to all incoming and Final Inspection activities are being done as per
    specification,
     Responsible to handle customer complaints (8D and coordination for customer return
    product with production, QA and Dispatch,
     Responsible to carry out data analysis for effective closure of NC Products,
     Responsible to work on Rejection and Rework date and work for its reduction trend,
     Plan and Conduct Internal & supplier Audits,
     Liaison / Coordination with Internal, External & IATF 16949:2016 Auditors for effective
    implementation of QMS,
     Responsible to coordinate for continuous improvement activities,
     Responsible to grade wise material selection for purchasing department,
     Any other activity assigned to you on time to time,
     Co-ordinate with OE customers on New Product ISIR and handling OE related quality issues,
     Highlighting day to day process non-compliance and quality issues to Manufacturing and
    Technical for necessary corrective actions,
     Preparation of Monthly Quality Indicators report for the plant (PPM with Pareto graph),
     Ensure all the Documents and Records of Process sheet, process compliance and OE
    Customer Specific Requirements are met and maintained,
     Responsible to establish, monitor and improve the system of Out Going Product Quality,
     Support to Manufacturing on coaching, training on system / product for continual
    improvement to meet Customer requirements.

     Maintain Quality as per customer requirement,
