would like to present about the balanced diet and providing some informations of methods supplying
enough nutrients for better health. The present life is full of temptations. It is easy to get caught up in a
life of debauchery. This leads to people who are at a young age but in extremely poor health. we always
try to follow a healthy lifestyle.
As you known, eating habit plays a crucial role in our health. If we don’t eat in moderation or have
nourishing meals, it will affect our life too much. Therefore, development of eating is necessary to
maintain a long and healthy life.
Balance is the key in a healthy diet, that means you have to eat a diverse food in moderation

should choose food with clear origin and meet food hygiene and safety standards. Second, start by
