TERMS & CONDITION
1. Warranty: • 10 years manufacturing warranty for PV Modules • 5-year standard replacement warranty for solar inverter. • 1 year free after-sales services by our professional team. 2. Payment Terms: • 80% Advance Payment. (950,000/-) • 15% After panels delivery (180,000/-) • Remaining after commissioning of system, and net metering (50,000/-)
General Terms and Conditions:
1. The Service Provider (Green Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd.) will: ▪ Perform the services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with general recognized practices and standards. ▪ Supply products free of all defects and damage. ▪ Install and commission the project within 4-5 weeks including Net metering. ▪ Guide the personnel at the site about the detailed operation, maintenance, and safeguards of the system. ▪ The operation manuals of the products will be handed to the client. ▪ Train a client representative for basic trouble shooting who will coordinate with Green Solar Solutions representative for any technical support required. ▪ Be responsible for all net metering works. ▪ POC from Green Solar Solutions for Technical support:

▪ Provide after sales for one-year free aftersales service with no charges.
It is the responsibility of the owner/client to ensure that:
▪ Only Green Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd technicians will be asked at the time of fault or change of wiring. ▪ The staff at site will follow the guidelines of operations and maintenance regularly. ▪ During Structure erection, Leakage & Seepage is our responsibility. ▪ The client will not allow any third party to technically analyze/modify the installed system or change or try to change the configurations or take snaps of the electric connections.
Limited Hardware Warranty:
What is covered: The hardware warranty is applicable to all products delivered by the service provider. The hardware warranty covers only material defects in the products. The service provider will only replace, repair, or pay the original piece of the item sold within the

standard warranty period of the product if the product has manufacturing defects or does not function properly, in reasonably swift time to the satisfaction of client.
Warranty Conditions: All the conditions mentioned by the manufacturer in operation manuals shall remain valid.
What is not covered: The warranty claims shall not be accepted in the following cases:
• Products with missing or altered serial numbers.
▪ If the client alters the wiring – either AC or DC with the help of his electrician without informing the service provider. ▪ Problems that result from external causes such as abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power. ▪ Lost or stolen products ▪ Damage occurred because of natural disasters and calamities. (Installation shall withstand the claimed design condition e.g., wind rain hail storm heat.) ▪ Failure to conform to maintenance guidelines ▪ If damage occurs due to the ignorance of the client’s representative at site; for instance, dropping tea/water on the electronic products. ▪ For the products that are not installed by Green Solar Solutions (Service Provider’s) trained technicians APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be construed under, and governed by, the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The parties agree that jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings arising from or in any way connected to this Agreement will lie in Islamabad Pakistan, and both parties hereby submit and consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts. ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiations.

third party.
