    Travel Itinerary

    of Papua New Guinean Students to IAIN Sorong, Indonesia

    Day 1: International Flight from Port Moresby to Jakarta


     06:30 AM: Arrival at Port Moresby Jacksons International Airport (POM).
    o Students should check in for their international flight to Jakarta, ensuring
    all travel documentation (passports, visas, and entry permits) are ready.
     08:45 AM: Departure from Port Moresby Jacksons International Airport (POM)
    to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), Jakarta, Indonesia.
    o Flight duration: Approximately 6 hours.
    o Meals will be served on board.
     12:45 PM (Jakarta Time): Arrival at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
    (CGK), Jakarta.
    o Upon arrival, students will proceed to immigration for clearance and
    collect their luggage at baggage claim.
    o After completing immigration and customs formalities, students will
    move to the domestic terminal for their connecting flight to Sorong.

    Day 1 (Continued): Domestic Flight from Jakarta to Sorong


     03:30 PM: Check-in at the domestic terminal for the flight to Sorong.
    o Layover time will allow for rest and refreshment at the airport.
     05:00 PM: Departure from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) to
    Domine Eduard Osok Airport, Sorong (SOQ).
    o Flight duration: Approximately 4 hours.
     09:00 PM: Arrival at Domine Eduard Osok (DEO) Airport, Sorong (SOQ).
    o Upon arrival, students will collect their luggage and proceed to the
    designated meeting point, where university representatives will be
    awaiting their arrival.

    University Transportation: DEO Airport to IAIN Sorong University Accommodation


     09:30 PM: Transfer from DEO Airport to IAIN Sorong.
    o The university will provide transportation to transfer students directly to
    the university accommodation.
    o Estimated travel time: 20-30 minutes.
     10:00 PM: Arrival at IAIN Sorong University Accommodation.
    o Students will be assisted with check-in to their assigned rooms. Meals
    and refreshments will be provided upon arrival.
