Feedback Business Consulting Services Private Limited is an unlisted private company incorporated on
25 January 1990. It is classified as a private limited company and is in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka.
Its authorized share capital is INR 10.00 lac, and the total paid-up capital is INR 10.00 lac.

Feedback commenced operations in June 1985 as a consumer market research firm. In early 1992,
Feedback Ventures and Collaboration (FVC) was spun off as a separate entity. With the opening of the
economy, FMS decided to focus on business-to-business research in addition to its consumer research
portfolio. The work done by FMS went beyond conventional market research to tactical and strategic
consulting. In June 2003, FMS decided to rename itself Feedback Business Consulting Services Private
Limited (Feedback Consulting) to reflect its core nature of work. Feedback Consulting grew from a
market research firm (B2B, Consumer, Customer satisfaction) to a full services firm with a business
advisory focus. Feedback Consulting also represents overseas firms for their business interests in India.

The longest serving directors currently on board are Hema Ravichandran and Ravichandran

The Chairman

Bengaluru. Ravichandar was a key member of Bengaluru Agenda Task Force (BATF) during 2000-04.

Ravichandar is part of multiple social and cultural initiatives – Bangalore International Centre; Bangalore
Literature Festival; Education for the underprivileged through Vidya Poshak, Samhita Academy, Akshara
Foundation; Takshashila Institution; Citizen Matters, etc.

Ravichandar has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science,
Pilani and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with over 38 years industry
experience.

Saroj has over 30 years of industry experience in Finance, Corporate planning, Research and Consulting.

Saroj’s work experience comprises serving a wide variety of global and national clients.

Saroj has been associated with Feedback for over 20 years in various capacities, the last of which was as
CEO until March 2011. In her present role as the Vice Chairperson & Chief Mentor, she guides the CEO
and senior Feedbackers and is actively involved in the HR and Training functions in the organization.
Saroj has played a significant role in the growth of Feedback over the years.

Though Saroj is a Science graduate with an MBA from IIM Bengaluru (Bangalore), her interests are
rooted in history. She enjoys travelling across the country and abroad, primarily to historical places. She
does not miss an opportunity to help the underprivileged, especially children and senior citizens.

3.RAVI KUMAR P

Head HR

Ravi Kumar has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources Management. He has worked in
different capacities as a Trainer, Recruitment specialist, Key Accounts manager in IT and HR Consulting
companies and as a Resource person and Family Counselor in an NGO.

He has rich experience in Conceptualizing, Designing and Deploying HR processes and policies.

He has been with Feedback for over 9 years. He has been instrumental in designing HR management
systems in Feedback. He has also helped Feedback Clients in Organization restructuring, policy formation
and in recruiting key positions.

A Management graduate, enthusiastic about researching on Indian history, travelling, photography,

pointillism, and Painting.
