Feedback commenced operations in June 1985 as a consumer market research firm. In early 1992,
Feedback Ventures and Collaboration (FVC) was spun off as a separate entity. With the opening of the

portfolio. The work done by FMS went beyond conventional market research to tactical and strategic
consulting. In June 2003, FMS decided to rename itself Feedback Business Consulting Services Private

CEO until March 2011. In her present role as the Vice Chairperson & Chief Mentor, she guides the CEO
and senior Feedbackers and is actively involved in the HR and Training functions in the organization.
Saroj has played a significant role in the growth of Feedback over the years.
Though Saroj is a Science graduate with an MBA from IIM Bengaluru (Bangalore), her interests are
rooted in history. She enjoys travelling across the country and abroad, primarily to historical places. She

Ravi Kumar has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources Management. He has worked in
different capacities as a Trainer, Recruitment specialist, Key Accounts manager in IT and HR Consulting
companies and as a Resource person and Family Counselor in an NGO.
He has rich experience in Conceptualizing, Designing and Deploying HR processes and policies.
He has been with Feedback for over 9 years. He has been instrumental in designing HR management
