Friends, classmates, and most importantly our subject teacher Sir. Reynald Alvar
Manug, LPT. A pleasant afternoon to all of you. I understood you. I can sense that you're
carrying a lot of weight, and that you might be hiding a secret disappointment. Academic
failures have happened to you. You haven't received the grades and outcomes you
were hoping for. And that's all right. Because, my friends, failure is an important step on
the way to success, not the opposite of it.
We live in a society that is focusing on grades, numbers, and values. Yes, these
things are important, but they don't make you who you are. They are moments in time, a
single page of paper represents your potential. They have no power to determine your
future, intelligence, or value. How many of the most successful companies and most
brilliant people have a completely straight direction to success? How many people
made it through every obstacle and passed every exam? Not many. In reality, genius is
sometimes created in a place of failure. It is the inspiration behind change and the
reason for growth. Even though your academic path may have taken an unexpected
turn, your life's journey is not over. It just shows that it's going in a different direction. a
path that could reveal unexpected knowledge, hidden abilities, and goals you were
unaware you had. What can this experience teach you? While overcoming these
obstacles, what capabilities did you discover? Did you learn to be strong, determined,
and deserving of facing difficulties? You will gain a lot from these abilities outside of the
classroom. Don't let this failure define who you are. Use it as motivation to move
forward, learn from it, or benefit from it. Think about your strategy, ask for help, find
guides, and discover new paths for achieving your goals. Your future is not written your
potential is endless, and you have the ability to change it.
I strongly encourage you to get back up, get your heads together, and face the next
stage with courage and determination. Never, ever give up on your dreams; always
have faith in yourself and your abilities. Because the greatest successes usually happen
as a result of failures and struggles you encounter. Your path is far from finished, and
you are stronger than you think. Thank you.
