GENERAL TASKS

PLANNED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PPM)
General Instructions:
This document is to be read in conjunction with SFG‐20 standard tasks. The document is only provided as a guide
to the standard, level and specification to which we expect the maintenance for this service to be executed and
managed
The contractor shall ensure that all activities are carried out as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and
standards if not available within required tasks
The contractor shall ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a timely and professional manner by
qualified technicians
The contractor shall submit written reports after each PPM visit listing all activities performed, any faults
observed and any remedial actions taken. The report should also include all readings taken during PPM activity
The contractor shall be responsible for full compliance with local authority rules and regulations
All service providers/contractors shall comply with Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines
After work has been completed, plant, equipment, and surroundings should be cleaned and made safe
