Optimal and constant production conditions are essential for high product quality and efficient production.
Spear's range of EHD hot air dryers are the most effective way of conditioning slightly hygroscopic plastic granules
for processing and removing surface moisture. With pre-heated material the important production parameters are
under control. Spear's fully insulated hot air dryers cover a performance range from 7 to 3000 kg/h. The dryers can be
mounted directly on the throat of the processing machine or on a support frame beside the machine. All models have a
micro-processor controlled temperature regulator and are equipped with a safety thermostat to prevent overheating of
materials. The use of corrosion resistant materials ensures a long lifetime and avoids contamination of the plastic granules.

Hopper Loader

Three phase hopper loader

The line of vacuum units for resin conveying, adjusts loading cycle stages automatically
to eliminate mechanical stress on the polymer and reduce electricity consumption.
Central vacuum units are subject to constant operation, both when on duty and on standby.
It can start and stop as necessary without compromising the life expectancy and reliability
of the blower/pump or the motor drive.
Filter Less loader
The Filter less vacuum has the ability to convey dusty materials and free-flowing
powder larger than 100 micron in diameter.
Each Filter less receiver has a patented Filterless insert that uses continuous
reversal of vacuum air to saperate incoming material from conveying air without
filters or screens.

Large Air Volume Molecular Sieve Dehumidifier is a kind of common economical dehumidifier.
It is widely used in dehumidifying for textile fiber food, medicine packing raw material, magnetic tape, disk
and other polymer...It adopts imported molecular sieve and can be used repeatedly. Its cost is low and
the operation is simple.

VOLUMETRIC DOSER FEATURE

1) Dosing screws are chrome plated for durability.

The chiller is deployed with P.I.D microcomputer controller, it can control
the temperature between +5 c to +35 c exactly.
All electric parts are “Schneider”“Siemense” and “OMRON” brand etc.
Compressor is used “Copeland” brand which made in USA “Danfoss” brand from
France or “Panasonic” brand which made in Japan also newly imported license
together with the chiller.
High efficiency cooler and evaporator are passed ISO9002 certification, and
also able to save more than 30% of electricity.
Complete with safety protection and error indication system, so it is convenience
for operation and maintenance. The copper tube is used the product of oxygen
free welding method for reducing impurities in the interior portion of the tube
