    Re: Restructuring of Loan (MICRO-PN-2017-19210-1-NLUZ)

    Dear Sir:

    This is a formal request for the restructuring of my loan. I tendered payment for
    penalties on the said loan last September 4, 2020 amounting to FIFTY THOUSAND
    PESOS (PhP50,000.00). I have not been able to make payments for the last nine
    months because of financial difficulty due to a decrease in income but I have every
    intention of honoring our credit agreement.

    I would like to restructure our agreement either by reducing the monthly


    repayments and extending the credit repayment period for another ONE YEAR. I am
    willing to discuss the situation with you at your earliest convenience and try to find a
    solution to amicable settle my loan. Please contact me in this number (09082905861), if
