    Walk-In-Interview to fill up the posts of Casualty Medical Officer (EMO)-05 and Medical Officer- 01
    on adhoc basis for a period of one year or till the regular post is filled up whichever is earlier, Senior
    Resident/Senior Tutor (Tenure post for three years):- Obst. & Gynae-03 at GGS Medical College &
    Hospital, Faridkot and Constitute Institution of BFUHS Fdk will be held at (Committee Room) Baba Farid
    University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on 24/01/2024 at 11:00 AM.

    1. Casualty Medical Officer (EMO) & Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from a institution
    recognized by the Medical Council of India.
    2. Senior Resident/Senior Tutor: DM/M.Ch for super-specialties and MD/MS for others
    specialties. In case DM/M.Ch candidates for super-specialties posts are not available, MD/MS
    from allied specialties will also be eligible.
    General terms and conditions:
    1. The applicant must enclose demand draft (Non-refundable) in favour of The
    Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at
    Faridkot as under:
    Application fee:-
    General Category- Rs. 1770 (Fee Rs. 1500 + GST Rs. 270 @ 18 %)
    SC Category- Rs. 885 (Fee Rs. 750 + GST Rs. 135 @ 18 %)
    2. The University has right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage
    without citing any reason or not to fill any or all the posts.

    3. Upper Age limit: As calculated as on 1st January of 2024.

    i) Casualty Medical Officer (EMO & Medical Officer:- The candidate


    should not be more than 37 years of age. Relaxation is upper age limit as
    per Punjab Govt. Rules.

    ii) Senior Resident/Senior Tutor maximum age must not be 45 years (As per
    NMC Notification dated 14.02.2022) provided that in case adequate eligible
    candidates for 45 or below are not available, candidates above the age of 45

    years will also be eligible. Further provided that in case of qualified super-
    specialist (DM/MCh) there shall be no age limit.

    4. The application on prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies of


    certificates for proof of date of birth, permanent residence, marks sheet, degree,
    experience etc. Fees in the shape of Demand Draft must be attached with
    application form.

    5. Applicant must possess the requisite qualification & Experience at the time of
    walk-in-interview.

    6. Candidates already in service must route their application Through Proper


    Channel.

    7. Permanent Registration is required from Punjab Medical Council/Medical


    Council of India.

    8. Selection made on the basis of any forged/false documents produced by the


    candidate, will be terminated at any time and legal/Departmental proceeding will
    be intimated.
