Please find the branches on offer for the hiring process of Graduate Engineer Trainees
2025: Mechanical Engineering

Please note that the below criteria are to be met for a candidate to apply for any of the above
role/position:

1. The candidate should maintain a CGPA of 6.5 or 65% equivalent (no rounding off marks is
allowed for e.g. 64.7 is not equivalent to 65) through his/her education qualification with no
pending backlogs.

2. The candidate should not be color blind and must maintain a BMI of normal range from 18 to
30.

3. The candidate should arrange the following documents at the time of joining – Driving
License, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport

4. Only FULL time and regular education (10th/12th/Diploma/B.Tech.) is acceptable, candidates


from Dual Degree are not eligible to apply for any of the roles.

5. The candidate can be placed anywhere, location- Pan India/ Business vertical as per the
business need. Requests for changing the same will not be entertained.

Request you to ask the candidate to adhere to the above 5 points with utmost seriousness. In case of
any discrepancy with respect to above points at the time of joining, company would revoke the offer
with immediate effect.

The compensation on offer is as follows:

*Additional Variable Performance Reward (AVPR) is based on Company’s overall performance in
the last financial year. It can vary from Zero to Alpha, which means in a high-performance year the
Variable Performance Reward payable could be alpha, while in a low performance year it could be
zero. AVPR to new joinees will be paid on pro rata based on worked days in the respective financial
year. Payout to be given to only on roll employees on the date of AVPR communication.

**Performance based (when awarded a minimum rating of High Performer and above) one-time
Retention Grant payment is awarded after two years of service (service bond period) at MSIL. The
retention grant is locked for 24 months from the date of disbursement of grant and is recoverable
in case the employee exits MSIL within this lock-in period.

***Service bond of Rs. 2,00,000 for 2 Years is applicable for the selected candidates. If the
candidate decides to quit after joining within a span of 2 years, He/She has to pay a sum of Rs.
2,00,000 or the total salary drawn till date (whichever is lesser). Also, the candidate is confirmed
after successful completion of training period of 1 year at MSIL.
