F Read the article. Then choose the correct answer.

Doing the cleaning could make you a millionaire!

A British man who recently invented a smart new hairdryer, recalls the time when he was a child. He did the
dishes, made the beds and did the cooking at home for his mom. One job he found pretty awful was cleaning
the floor. When he got married, he and his wife did the housework every Saturday, all day. Were they happy?
Not at all. So, this inventor saved a little money and borrowed a lot from his bank and used it to build hundreds
of different cleaners. He tried to sell some of them, but he didn’t sell any. He was sure that his idea for a fast
cleaner was great, so he borrowed more money from the bank. He also sold the family home, but this made his
family very worried and extremely angry. Finally, after a long time, customers bought many of his fast cleaners
in the United Kingdom and in three years he paid back all the money to the bank! He was a success! Nowadays,
his cleaners are in shops all around the world. Does he do the housework at home now? Of course! He says he’s
going to invent a new cleaner next year. It’s his favorite hobby after a long day at the office and, now that he is
rich, he sometimes lends young inventors money to help develop their ideas!
