Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Corporate Office (Calicut)


Department: Marketing & Communications (Marcom)
Reports to: Marcom Manager

Job Summary:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content across multiple
platforms to promote the company’s products and services. This role involves creating blog posts,
social media content, videos, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with
target audiences, inspire travel, and drive business growth. The Content Creator will work closely
with the Business Development team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals and
campaigns.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
 Create compelling and informative content such as blogs, articles, social media posts, travel
guides, and email newsletters that attract and engage potential travelers.
 Develop visual content, including images, infographics, and videos, to enhance the
storytelling around destinations, travel packages, and customer experiences.
 Write SEO-optimized content to improve the company’s organic search rankings and drive
website traffic.
2. Social Media Management:
 Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to boost engagement and followers.
 Post regularly, manage the content calendar, and monitor performance metrics on social
media channels.
 Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build a
strong community.
3. Travel Industry & Destination Research:
 Conduct in-depth research on travel destinations, trends, and customer preferences to
create relevant and updated content.
 Work with tour guides, travel experts, and local partners to gather insights and information
to enhance content accuracy and value.
4. Collaborate with Marketing Team:
 Work closely with the digital marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns,
promotions, and seasonal travel offerings.
 Assist in creating content for paid marketing campaigns, email marketing, and other
promotional activities.
5. Multimedia Content Creation:
 Develop video content (vlogs, reels, travel experiences) to highlight destinations, services,
and customer testimonials.
 Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing content for digital platforms.
6. Brand Consistency:
 Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand voice, tone, and style guidelines,
maintaining consistency across all channels.
 Ensure that visual elements align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user
experience.
7. Content Performance Tracking:
 Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and
other analytics platforms.
 Regularly report on content performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
