    I. PROJECT PROFILE

    b. Project Overview
    The project aims to develop and commercialize biodegradable
    packaging materials derived from agricultural waste. By leveraging
    abundant and renewable resources, this initiative seeks to address the
    pressing environmental issue of plastic pollution. The project will focus
    on research and development, pilot production, and market
    introduction of innovative biodegradable packaging solutions.
