    Profile
    中建西部建设印尼有限公司（简称西建印尼公司）成立于 2017 年 3 月，经
    过 4 年发展，现已成长为印尼市场最具竞争力与代表性的中资混凝土企业。进入
    印尼市场后，西建印尼公司共运营有现代化混凝土预拌厂 7 座，外加剂厂 1 座，
    包含三一 HZS240 生产线 2 套、HZS180 生产线 2 套、90 型生产线若干、5000
    吨/年外加剂生产线 1 套，9 方混凝土罐车 20 台、泵送设备 5 套、相关配套实验
    设备及辅助设备齐全。

    PT. CHINA WEST DEVELOPMENT INDONESIA (hereinafter referred to as


    PT. China West) was established in March 2017. After four years of development, it
    has grown to become the most competitive and representative China-funded concrete
    company in the Indonesian market. After entering the Indonesian market, PT. China
    West has operated 7 modern ready mix concrete plants and 1 admixture plant,
    including 2 sets of Sany HZS240 production lines, 2 sets of HZS180 production lines,
    several 90 type production lines, and 5,000 tons of additives. per year 1 set of
    production line, 20 sets of 9 cubic concrete tankers, 5 sets of pumping equipment,

    缆厂（中建四局）、博菱家电园（中建八局）、联发纺织厂、宝绅科技项目（中
    建八局）、伊利新建乳业项目（中建八局）等项目，累计供应混凝土 200 余万方，
    以高品质的服务和强有竞争力的价格为主业单位优质履约提供了有力支撑。当前，
    在印尼各区域我司在建 3 座大型工业园现场搅拌站，分别为西加里曼丹氧化铝项
    目现场站（60 万方/正在建设）、北加里曼丹新加坡金鹰造纸厂项目现场站（30
    万方/已投产）、泗水 JIIPE 工业园信义玻璃厂项目现场站（12 万方/已投产）。
    现公司混凝土业务覆盖印尼爪哇岛唐格朗地区、勿加泗地区、三宝垄地区、泗水
    地区以及加里曼丹岛，且人员、设备、资源充足，可根据项目需求，进行混凝土
    定制服务。

    The goal is to provide strong support for high-quality contract performance. At
    present, our company is building 3 large-scale industrial park on-site batching plant in
    Indonesia, namely the West Kalimantan alumina project site plant (600,000 m3 /
    under construction), and the North Kalimantan Singapore Golden Eagle Paper Mill
    project site plant (300,000 m3/commissioned), Surabaya JIIPE Industrial Park Xinyi
    Glass Factory project site plant (120,000 m3/commissioned). For now, the company's

    公司积极对接中资企业及印尼本土企业，作为中建系统唯一参建单位为“一
    带一路”标志性工程—雅加达至万隆高铁项目建设并运营两座专供拌合站，累计
    为中国水电八局、中国水电七局及 WIKA 三家单位供应设计年限 100 年的预应
    力、抗盐类结晶侵蚀、抗氯离子渗透、抗碳化侵蚀、抗化学侵蚀等高性能耐久性
    混凝土 70 余万方。混凝土结构涉及水下桩、承台、墩柱、预应力现浇梁等。与
    此同时，我司先后参与葛洲坝上西索堪抽水蓄能电站项目、中国路桥三宝垄-淡
    目高速公路项目、巴厘岛高速公路项目、中建路桥西冷-巴宁邦收费公路 3 标、
    雅加达至万隆高铁项目的原材料市场调研（供应）工作、混凝土的技术服务（参
    与设计及试验验证）工作及混凝土相关生产供应（运输）设备租赁业务，凸显了
    西建印尼公司的技术实力、保供能力及多元化业务开展能力。

    Eighth Bureau, Sinohydror Seventh Bureau and WIKA more than 700,000 m ³ of
    high-performance durable concrete with a design life of 100 years, such as prestressed,
    anti-salt crystal erosion, anti-chloride ion penetration, anti-carbonation erosion, and

    anti-chemical erosion.The concrete structure involves underwater piles, caps, pier
    columns, prestressed cast-in-place beams, etc.At the same time,we provide raw
    material market research (supply), concrete technical services (participation in design
    and test verification) and concrete-related production and supply (transportation)
    equipment rental business for the CGGC Upper Cisokan Pumped Storage Power
    Station Project, China Road and Bridge Semarang-Demak Toll Road Project, Bali
    Island Toll Road Project, China Construction Road and Bridge Serang-Baningbang
    Toll Road 3 and Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway Project.That highlights the

    自印尼公司 2017 年成立至今，所有参建项目零投诉，各项目质检合格率


    100%，先后获得中建四局印尼分公司“优秀分包分供商”及中建西部建设各项表
    彰。

    西建印尼公司现有中方管理人员 14 人，混凝土从业经验均为 7 年以上，来


    自于印尼大学、万隆理工大学的属地化员工 48 人，平均学历为大学本科，人员
    属地化率 76.1%，有操作经验丰富的外包队伍 150 人。
