compiled this packet of resources to provide a framework and clear path for success in your
verification adventure with us.

How to get started on Identitypass

1. Visit account.prembly.com to get started/create account

- Fill in details to get started

- Signup, you will be redirected to

another page to choose a password
and an OTP sent to you.

- Once OTP is entered correctly you will be redirected to the products page and you select
Identitypass as your desired product.

- Get started by clicking on Identitypass product

How to Complete Your Business Onboarding

- Navigate to the left side menu bar to settings to enter your organization's documents,
required information, add teams, roles and permissions

How to Activate And Deactivate Your Notifications
- You can click on notifications to activate/deactivate notifications you will like by toggling the
button as shown in the picture below and save the changes made.

How to Fund Your Wallet on Identitypass

- On the dashboard click on ‘Top Up’

- Input the desired amount and
currency to fund your wallet.
- Choose your preferred payment
method.

NOTE: Before you perform any verification checks or integrations, ensure you have completed
your onboarding and funded your wallet.
Unless you fulfil these criteria, you will be unable to proceed with making calls, and integrations.
To perform verification using Identitypass, you have two options: either make individual
payments directly from your Wallet or subscribe to the Identitypass service.

How to Perform Data Verifications

a. KYC – Know Your Customer

- On the side menu bar under products click on data verification for a single verification

- Select the verification type as individual
- Select the region and id to verify,
entering the right format
- Click on verify to get verification status

- To carry out a bulk verification for KYC, click on data verification on the side menu bar and
navigate to the bulk option as seen below

- Select the verification type as individual,

- Select region,
- ID to verify
- Select APP
- Upload document containing the bulk
IDs to be verified
- Click on verify
- Verification Results will be provided on
the dashboard.

b. KYB- Know Your Business

- On the side menu bar under products click on data verification for a single verification

- Select business for verification type

- Select region
- Select the ID to verify
- Fill out other information based on the
selected ID to verify
- Click on verify to get result.

- To carry out a bulk verification for KYB, click on data verification on the side menu bar and
navigate to the bulk option as seen below

- Select verification type as business
- Select region
- Select ID to verify
- Select APP
- Upload documents and verify

Document Verification On Identitypass Dashboard

a. For single document verification

- On the side menu bar under products click on data verification for a single verification
- Under single select the document type
- Select the document region
- Add document image by uploading the file
- Click on verify for result.

b. Bulk document verification is currently unavailable.

How to Set-up Identity Checker Widget
- To customize your SDKs
- On the side menu, under Products, click on “Checker Widget”
- To create a new widget, click on add new checker widget

- Assign a desired name to the widget you

are about to create for easy
identification. (The name should consist
of at least three (3) characters).

- Enter your brand name to identify your company product or service.

- Enter a short description about your brand
- Customize the list of country(ies) you wish to offer as selectable options to your customers.
(Note: You can select multiple countries.)
- Select your preferred theme colour that best represents your brand.
- Set your face confidence level by dragging the slider forward or backwards. (Note: The
minimum threshold for the face confidence level is 60%)
- Click “Next”

- Toggle on the verification channels you wish to offer as selectable options to your customers.
- Click “Save changes”
- After you have customized your widget, read more on the SDK Integration toolkits by
clicking on “Learn more”.

To Edit an Existing Widget

- Click on the “Edit” button next to the widget you intend editing.
- Identify the Widget name and click the “Edit” button associated with it.

To Delete a Widget

- Identify the Widget name and click the “Delete” button associated with it.
- Confirm deletion of Widget.

How To Access and Copy Your Live Environment API
Keys: Public & Private Keys
- On the side menu under the Integrations section, click API library.
- Under API keys.
- Click the toggle button to switch between Sandbox and Live keys.
- Ensure that what is displayed on your screen is “Regenerate Live Keys” as shown below.

- To copy Public Live key, Click the “Copy” button next to “Public key”.
- To copy Private Live key, Click the “Copy” button next to “Private key”.

How To Copy Your API Keys for the Sandbox
Environment API: Public & Private Keys
- On the side menu under the Integrations section, click API library.
- Click API keys.
- Click the toggle button to switch between Sandbox and Live keys.
- Ensure what is displayed on your screen is “Regenerate Sandbox Keys” as shown below.

- To Copy Public Sandbox Key, Click the “Copy” button next to “Public key”
- To copy Private Sandbox key, Click the “Copy” button next to “Private key

How To Regenerate Your Live API Keys

- On the side menu under the Integrations section, click API library.
- Under API keys.
- Click the toggle button to switch between Sandbox and Live keys.
- Ensure what is displayed on the screen is “Regenerate Live Keys”
- Click “Regenerate Live key

How To Regenerate Your Sandbox API Keys
- On the side menu under the Integrations section, click API library.
- Click API keys.
- Click the toggle button to switch between Sandbox and Live keys.
- Ensure what is displayed on the screen is “Regenerate Sandbox Keys” as shown below.
- Click on “Regenerate Sandbox key”

How To Access Our SDK Documentation
- Under the Integration menu, click “SDK Library”.

How To Access Our API Documentation Page

- On the dashboard navigate to side menu bar
- Under Integrations menu, click “Documentations”
- This takes you to a page that contains Guides, API reference and other useful information.

How To View Your Audit Logs
- Under the General Menu, click “Reports”.
- Click on export to download report

- Select start date, end date and filter status

- Click on download report
- Report is sent to users registered email addresses.

How to Access Our Subscription Page
- On the Side bar, Under the General Section, click “Subscription”.
- Click the “Subscription” bar.
- Click “Add new plan”.

- Subscribe to a plan of choice by clicking on the subscribe button as seen below

How to Integrate our SDKs for Developers
- The Identitypass widget supports two major plug-ins-Flutter and React SDKs.
- To access these plug-ins as a developer: Click on documentation on the left sidebar of
your dashboard.
- Navigate to Library/SDKs.
- Please select any of the available SDKs: We currently support Flutter, react native, vanilla
javascript and React Js) depending on your most comfortable language. Use the details on
the script to integrate our APIs with your tech stack.
- Begin your seamless verification

How to change Your Identitypass password

- On the side menu bar, click on settings
- Under the settings option you will find your profile information
- You can make edits to number, password, profile picture and others.

How to add a new team member
- On the settings options, click on team on the top right corner, you should find an add a
team member button as shown below

- This option allows you to send an invite to a team member you want on the dashboard.

How to Assign roles and permissions on Identitypass

- Under the settings option you will roles and permissions
- Click on add a new role as shown below
