    1. Both parties have agreed to the terms defined above, and agreed to meet face to face on
    Monday 19/11/2024 at 18:00 at the seller’s location.
    2. Buyer arrives to Seller location in Dubai, they show their live wallets for verification and start
    the procedure.
    3. Seller sends Satoshi for test, Buyer will perform verification.
    4. Byer pays USDT the amount of first BTC tranche.
    5. Seller sends BTC to Buyer’s wallet equivalent to the same USDT amount received by seller.
    6. Seller pays the commission of 3% in USDT (TRC20) after each Tranche, to the wallets as per the
    attached IMFPA.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has read this document and had advised of its legality and
    after understanding the content of this agreement written in the English language, by knowledge of the
    language or by professional translation to the PARTIES language and legal advice and initialed all the
    pages of this agreement.
