    Theme: “Building bonds with respect and fair play”

    GUIDELINES FOR THE ZUMBA DANCE COMPETITION

    1. All participants must register online by December 3. (Registration fee of


    50 pesos is included)
    2. Participants must be 35-45 years old.
    3. Solo and team performances are allowed. Teams may consist of 2 to 10
    members.
    4. Proper attire must be worn for the activity. Dancers are encouraged to
    wear vibrant and comfortable attire that allows for free movement.
    5. Each performance should last between 3-5 minutes. (Exceeding the time
    limit may result to penalty)
    6. Participants must choose Zumba-appropriate music. Songs should be
    upbeat and suitable for a fitness environment.
    7. Performances should incorporate Zumba styles and movements. Creativity
    and originality are encouraged!

    CRITERIA FOR JUDGING


    1. ZUMBA DANCE COMPETITION
    Choreography 30 points
    Synchronization 30 points
    Costume and Props 20 points
    Stage Prescence and Audience Impact 20 points
    TOTAL 100 points
