A little about what we do…


Spotnana powers unparalleled global travel experiences. We are modernizing the infrastructure of the $1.4T travel
industry in order to bring freedom, simplicity, and trust to travelers everywhere. Our Travel-as-a-Service platform
is the first full stack technology platform for travel that enables true personalization, prediction, and choice.

We serve four types of customers today…


● Corporations: We sell an all-in-one travel solution that includes an online booking tool and a corporate
travel agency, which is called a travel management company.
● Travel Agencies: Unlike others in the industry, our platform is completely open, so we also offer a full
technology stack to other travel management companies to manage their business.
● Technology Providers: Many technology companies and banks want to offer travel to their customers
along with other products like corporate credit cards. We offer them the ability to whitelabel our platform
or embed it in their product suite.
● Travel Suppliers: We work with suppliers to make it easy for them to retail their products in more
innovative and personalized ways. Travel is one of the largest industries in the world where sellers are not
able to offer their products directly to buyers, and we’re fixing that.

How we took flight…


● Co-founded in 2020 by CEO & CTO, Sarosh Waghmar and Shikhar Agarwal
● Remained in stealth until September 2020
● Raised combined $41M in Seed and Series A funding rounds
● Closed Series B funding in July 2022 of $75M
