    As per the terms of this agreement, the contractor, Fuel & Lube Co. Ltd., Al Salamah Jeddah,
    CR Number: 4030307763, agrees to provide the above client with the Fuel & Non-Fuel Retail
    Automation hardware and services for two stations, outlined in the contract below.

     Attendant Tagging and banking Integration System
     Head office and Back Office Reporting Package
    a. Wet-stock Management
    b. Sales Management
    c. Gain & Loss Reconciliation
     Remote Price Change from Head office
     Site and Head office implementation
     Site and Head Office Training
     Yearly Maintenance Support

    Client’s Scope (Pre-Requisites & Terms)


     Physical or cloud server for Head Office System, as per the recommended specs
     Site PC with UPS as per the recommended specs
     Head office to site connectivity and IT infrastructure
     Access Point under the canopy
     PAX A920 POS terminal from Geidea with Tamkeen-TTK integrated banking app
     Accessibility to the site, tanks and office
     Power & Data Cabling
     Any change in the priced quantity will require a variance order
     This is not a lump sum project, invoicing will be as per actual installation
