    SCHEDULE FINAL (3RD) STRAY VACANCY Round OF COUNSELLING/


    ADMISSION FOR UG (BAMS/BHMS) COURSES
    FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2022-2023

    1. The tentative Date for Stray Vacancy Round – UG : 03.03.2023

    2. The candidates, who have already registered themselves : 03.03.2023
    in previous rounds and have not been allotted any (upto 12:00 Noon)
    seat/not joined the allotted seat/left the allotted seat
    and wish to participate in the Final Stray Round have to
    submit the hardcopy/printout of the Online Application
    Form (submitted for earlier round of counselling) at the
    University campus.
    And Fresh manual Offline Registration Application*
    Form can be filled by new candidates, who have not
    registered themselves online through university
    website/admission portal for any round of pervious
    counselling. Application Form available for these
    candidates at dedicated counter of the University
    3. A. Display of Merit List of Already Registered candidates : 03.03.2023
    (At 01:30 PM)
    B. Display of Merit List of Fresh Register Candidates*
    4. Physical reporting of such candidates before the : 03.03.2023
    Admission Committee for document verification and fee (From 02:00 PM onwards)
    submission
    5. Reporting by the Candidates in the allocated colleges for : 04.03.2023
    Medical Examination and other formalities (Up to 03:00 P.M.)
    *(these Applications will be entertained if seats remain vacant after exhaust of list of Already Registered
    Candidates).
    Note:
    1. The Tuition Fee of the Allocated College / Institute has to be paid in form of Cash /
    Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra at
    the time of Reporting.
    2. The schedule of the admission, including document verification may be altered in
    view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the guidelines issued by the authorities in this
    regard, accordingly.
