    BONDEX® J – 400
    BONDEX® J – 400 is a flexible styrene-acrylic copolymer used for modifying Hydraulic mortars, Flexible
    Coatings, Waterproofing, Cementitious Coatings and for laying Tiles. It is also used in Bituminous
    Waterproofing / Roof Coatings.

    PHYSICAL APPEARANCE : Milky White Emulsion

    FILM CHARACTERISTICS : Clear, Form a flexible film with 1:2 cement.
    BONDEX® J-400 is used for excellent Waterproofing, Flexible coating,
    Bituminous and Cementitious Coatings. The usage is specially
    APPLICATIONS recommended for vertical cracks and cervices, which are subject to
    : thermal expansion and contraction. It gives an excellent bonding to old
    concrete and masonry surface.
    TYPICAL REPAIR MORTAR COMPOSITION:
    Portland Cement : 25 parts
    Sand : 75 parts
    Binder : 4-5 parts
    Water : As required
    Defoamer : 0.1 parts
    In case of cementitious coating binder required will be about 10 parts in the above formulation.
    These are only guidelines and the user may suitably modify the composition based on the requirements and
    other ingredients used.

    Store in sealed containers in dry condition at temperatures between 15-


    : 300C, away from direct heat, sunlight, dust & moisture. Protect from frost.
    HANDLING & STORAGE
    Containers once opened should be shut tightly to prevent contamination.
    Stocks should be used on a first in, first out basis.
    PACKING : 220 Kg HDPE Drums
