    Dear Sir.
    Notice for conducting Audit
    Please refer to the letter issued by this office vide even no. dated 20.09.2024.

    It has been observed that neither you nor your any representative appeared before the undersigned for conducting
    audit of your books of accounts and records for the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 & 202 1-22, 2022
    23 in accordance with the provisions of section 65 of CGST Act, 2017, Ipropose to conduct the said audit at my
    office shortly.
    And whereas you are required to furnish such information as may be required and render assistance for
    timely completion of Audit.
    You are hereby directed to attend in person or through an authorized representative in my office at
    Bamboo Villa, Sth floor, 169, A JC Bose Road, Kolkata-700014 before the undersigned within seven days of
    receipt of this letter and produce your books of accounts and records for the aforesaid financial years as required
    for audit as mentioned below:
    1) Audited Balance Sheet along with Profit & Loss a/c.
    2) 26AS statements
    3)The Income Tax audit report under Section 44 AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961in form 3CD
    4) Purchase/Sale invoices
    5) All ledgers
    6)Credit /Debit Notes
    7)GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR2A, GSTR9&9C
    Inaddition toany other documents that may be required at the time of Audit. You mayfurnish softcopies
    of these documents and send it through email at mail id: jitendrakv.gl10401@gov.in

    In case of failure to comply with this notice, it would be presumed that you are not in possession
    of such books of account and proceedings as deemed fit may be initiated as per the provisionsof the CGST Act,
    2017 and the rules made thereunder against you without making any further correspondence in this regard. You
