    High Court in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. v. Union of India: (2023) 3
    Centax 261 (Bom.) and a Special Leave Petition preferred against the said
    decision has also been rejected.
    2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the
    counter affidavit is ready and the same will be filed during the course of the
    day.
    3. Rejoinder, if any thereto, be filed before the next date of hearing.
