looking for a highly collaborative and experienced Full-Stack Developer who can take up the challenges and can share
our vision.

Role Overview:
Senior full-stack developers can design and build modern user interface components to enhance application
performance and support business functions within any industry vertical. They can learn new tools and techniques to
solve critical problems by proactively thinking of end-to-end solutions and enhancements. We are seeking a Senior Full-
Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js to lead our front-end development. You will play a crucial
role in product development, ensuring the platform is robust, user-friendly, and scalable. Experience with backend
technologies (Python, MySQL) and databases is a nice to have, as we need a developer who can work across the stack
when required and should be able to efficiently work with backend team. This position demands strong technical
expertise combined with a startup mindset and the ability to handle challenges independently. This role requires
someone who is proactive, eager to contribute, and excited to be a part of something big from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead front-end development using React.js and Node.js to deliver a responsive and intuitive user interface.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration with the Python/Django-based backend and
database systems (MySQL & MongoDB).
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality code across the stack.
• Work with AWS cloud infrastructure for deployments, scaling, and security.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance of both front-end and back-end systems.
• Actively contribute to architecture decisions and technology choices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring they align with the team’s technical standards and best practices.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, from concept to production deployment, and help shape the product
roadmap.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, automated tests, and efficient documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow
developers, to deliver high-quality products that meet our company’s goals.
Required Technical Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development, focusing on React.js and Node.js.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with back-end development in Node.js and working knowledge of backend frameworks such as
Django/Python.
• Working knowledge in database management, including both MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud services AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for taking on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
• BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field and 5+ years of experience in building web applications with React.js
framework, Typescript, React webhooks, life cycle methods and workflows like Redux, Flux.
• Experience working in a SaaS product company or a startup environment.
• Experience with front-end performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
• Prior experience building a team or mentoring junior developers.
