is also submitted that Rs. 110.78 Cr towards capital shall be contributed by each

Samdariya Group. Samdariya Group companies, their promoters and family
members are having good market reputation, name and fame in the
Mahakoushal area; in short, to arrange the proposed fund is not at all a problem.

Both of these business groups, their promoters and families are having good
market reputation, name and fame in the Mahakoushal area; to arrange the

2. We confirm and undertake that the project margin Rs. 380 Cr will not be
withdrawn during the currency of the Term Loan.

6. Please refer reply given for point No. 5 above. We hereby confirm that the
DSCR ratio shall be maintained as per the bank norms during the currency of the
term loan.
7. We attach herewith the details of projects completed by the group units and
the construction projects in hand for execution by the group units. Samdariya
Group is into construction business since last more than 35 years and the
promoters and directors are well experienced in the line with well experienced
team of employees and staff to look after the quality, marketing and sales etc. In
the same way Dainik Bhasker group is also in to the construction business since
a long time with well experience and market reputation in the line.
8. The valuation report given to you for Rs. 490 Cr is the realisable value of the
project land.
9. Already submitted, however the detailed TV report for the project shall be
submitted post NBG approval.

We may draw your kind attention towards lease deed for the land that originally
the land premium was for Rs. 33 Cr for 95% of the land for residential use and
5% for commercial use. Now this condition stands changed; land premium has
been increased from Rs. 33 Cr to 51.41 Cr ie 52% of the land would be for
residential and 48% for commercial use. Accordingly, our GST liability on Rs.
24.6768 Cr (i.e 48% of the total land share) comes to Rs. 4.441 Cr. We have
already paid GST for Rs. 66 lacs on the premium for Rs. 3.70 Cr i.e 48% of the
total land premium paid for Rs. 7.71 Cr) and balance GST liability on us comes to
Rs. 3.781 Cr.
Now, therefore we approach you with a request to please confirm us the date by
which GST liability for Rs. 3.781 Cr comes on us whether the liability already
created on the date when the lease deed has been executed or the liability will
arise only when you will raise the bills on us for the payment of land premium.

2. Ours being jewellery trade, we have utilised the CC limit for 98%, is it not satisfactory. We
have asked for TOD for 7-8 days to procure the additional stocks of different designs of
jewellery during the time of festival and marriage seasons; TODs have been paid within the
sanctioned time limit.
3.All the sale proceeds except the cash used for purchase of old jewelleries and barter
transactions are routed through the accounts with HDFC only. We have no other bank
accounts in any other banks.
4. The LAP taken from Allahabad Bank has been used for the payment to the supplier i.e. Rs.
1,48,91,800/ to M/s. Vaibhav Gold, Vijay Nagar & balance used for the return of unsecured
loans taken from Samdariya Builders Pvt. Ltd.
2.Interfirm ledgers of Samdariya Abhushan India Pvt Ltd, Samdariya Abhsuah Rewa Pvt Ltd,
Samdaeriya Jewellers & Samdariya Abhushan for the FY 2023-24 are enclosed.
3.We are into the jewellery business, every day there are cash sales which we have to deposit
in to our bank account. Cash Ledger summary for the last 12 months is attached herewith.
4. GST returns for July 24 & Aug 24 and sales figures for Sep. 2024 are attached herewith.
5. Ledger account of the promotors/directors i.e Mr. Pawan Samdariya and Mr. Kuber

6. We have only one CA with SBI which was opened for the operation of MGL limit and after

In continuation to our today’s letter, we attach herewith the excel sheet working showing the
excess interest and the cash handling charges debited and charged from our Cash Credit and
Current account from April 2023 to Sep.2024. We give below, for our immediate reference, the
summary of excess amount levied from us.
It is a matter of great concern that a bank is charging every month unnecessary and unwanted
charges to the tune of Rs. 87 lacs from their customer. We are not default in any of the
sanction terms and conditions; moreover, you are not giving the reason and ground on which
you are charging the excess interest from us. Further at the time of take over of our account
from BOB to your branch, Mr Koushik Bhattacharya and Mr. Gourav Mishra has assured us that
no cash handling charges will be taken from us instead they have confirmed and assured that
the branch will pick the cash every day from our corporate office at Hotel Samdariya Inn,
Russe Chowk, Jabalpur. But where are the assurances?
In view of the above facts and circumstances, we once again request you to kindly look into
the matter seriously and reverse the above sum Rs. 87 lacs immediately on receipt of this
letter and also stop to charge additional interest and cash handling charges. If you do not take
immediate action, we will be constrained to switch over the account to other bank, in such
situation you will have to close the account without charging any foreclosure charges.
We hope, you will consider this letter as very serious and most urgent.

various other correspondences made to you, requesting every time to reverse the penal
interest charged and debited to our above two accounts continuously since last more than
six months. We have also requested you to stop charging of penal interest every month
without any reason. It is with much regret to inform you again that neither you have
stopped the levy of penal interest nor you have reversed the penal interest debited to our
account since last six months; none of our letters are replied yet or you have not given the
reason why you are charging penal interest from us.
As we have already written to you that jewellery business is of a very less margin of profit
we cannot afford heavy penal charges without any reasons, we have complied with all the
terms and conditions of the sanctions.
In view of the above facts and circumstances we have no other option but to swich over
the accounts to any other bank; we are already in discussions with some banks, agreed to
take over the accounts from you.
Therefore, we request you to kindly confirm us per return mail the amount due from us so
that we can finalise the matter for switch over the accounts from HDFC.
