HONOURED SIR Today i.e., on 07.12.2024 at 12:00 hours received a complaint from Sri. Muthyam Tharun S/o Yadagiri, Age: 29 years, Occ: Business, Caste:
Yadav, R/o Mallapur (V), Balapur (M), RR Dist. # 8099956935. Which reads as follows. The brief facts of the case are that the complainant has a Petrol Tanker
Br.No: TS08UE8919 and it transports White Petrol from Charlapally to Airport. From last one week, complainant noticed that there is less diesel is showing in
diesel tank of Tanker. On 07.12.2024 at about 11:00 hours complainant suspecting the vehicle driver, followed him and at Service road near VEM Technology,
driver stopped the vehicle and removed two 20 Liters cans of white petrol from Tanker and pouring in Disel tank of Tanker. Complainant produced the Driver in
Police station and requested to take necessary action. Hence the FIR Received on 07.12.2024 at 12:00 hours As per the contents of the above complaint, I have
registered a case in Cr. No: 640/2024 U/s 125, 303 (2) BNS and investigation entrusted to B. Dayakar Reddy, SIP Sd/- (P. Guruva Reddy) Inspector of Police, PS
Pahadishareef, R.C.K.
