1. Target market (customers) identified:
Radiant Vision System conducted extensive market research to identify our target clients as
students, professionals, and those who appreciate environmentally friendly and creative learning
solutions. Our Smart Glasses are specifically designed for people who want to study in dark
surroundings in a comfortable and effective manner without the need of standard illumination

According to the Custom Market Insights study, the market accounted for around USD 9 billion
in 2021 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 19% during 2022-2030. The market for global
Smart Eyewear Technology market is forecasted to account for nearly USD 33 billion by 2030.
P a g e | 10

3.Introduction of new products:

Many different technologies are now being tested to function with smart glasses. The field of
vision shouldn’t be severely constrained, and colors shouldn’t be distorted are the key concerns.
Keeping costs and weight to a minimum is another important objective.

Two competing technologies are used to achieve this: either a mirror is used to reflect the data
into the user’s field of vision, or an optical waveguide, a light-conducting component of the glass
that is invisible to the human eye, is used to convey the images produced by a micro-projector.

The latter is the idea underlying, for instance, the eyewear produced by the Israeli company
Lumus and the French firm Opt invent. The benefit of it is that the users can see via the
waveguide instead of a display or monitor, which would compromise their eyesight. These
glasses may also be produced rather cheaply and are very light. Such developments are expected
to propel the demand for the Smart Eyewear Technology market.

4. Competitive Landscape:
The Smart Eyewear Technology market is dominated by key players in technology, such as
Google, Microsoft, Meta, and others. These players invest significantly in research and
development and compete by using cutting-edge technology in their products. To obtain a
competitive edge, they also introduce new upgrades and features into their products. In this
sector, competitive methods, including partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures,
are also widely used.

Breakeven Strategy and Analysis:

Radiant Vision Systems demonstrates a diverse product mix across different markets and price
points. The company's breakeven analysis reveals varying sales thresholds required to cover
fixed costs and achieve profitability. By leveraging higher contribution margins from premium
units and targeting optimal sales volumes, Radiant Vision Systems aims to reach breakeven
within its second year of operations.

Key insights from the breakeven analysis:

 Critical Sales Volume: Each product line necessitates a specific sales volume to offset
fixed costs and start generating profits.

 Market Dynamics: Variations in selling prices and variable costs across markets
(Pakistan vs. Amazon) highlight strategic considerations for pricing and distribution.

 Profit Margin Focus: Higher contribution margins from premium units underscore the
potential for increased profitability with targeted sales efforts.

We aim to sell different quantity of units on different platforms to cover our

costs.
