    Development Formulation

    Leave-on Hair Serum JP0365


    This Leave-on Hair Serum is composed of a few key ingredients to provide a natural styling with a
    smooth feel. CrodamolTM DES is used as a solvent to disperse CrodamineTM SC into water in
    combination with Isopentyldiol. CrodamolTM DES is used as an emollient to provide smooth feel while
    drying with dryer.

    Dispersion liquid of Amigum (Sclerotium gum 2.0%, Hydroxypropyl Guar 0.5%
    in Water) Rheology Modifier 25.00
    Phase E
    Yellow Flower V&R 72419 (Fragrance) 4 Fragrance 0.30
    Ethanol (Alcohol) Alcohol 5.00

    Procedure:
    Mix Phase A and stir slowly. Heat up to 70-80 ˚C with mixing until homogeneous. Heat Phase B to 70-80˚C and mix
    until homogeneous. Add Phase B to Phase A with stirring by three blade mixer. Add Phase C to Phase A with stirring
    by three blade mixer. Five minutes later, add Phase D to Phase A with stirring by three blade mixer. Five minutes later
    cool with mixing to 40˚C. Add Phase E to Phase A with mix until homogeneous.

    Appearance: White emulsion; pH: 3.8-4.1 (25°C)


    Stability: Stable for 3month at 25°C, 40°C, Cycle (5ºC /40ºC 6h) and 1month at 50°C.
