    Ref: Regarding the submission of detailed activity calendar for the establishment of the Pro
    Bono Club at the Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow, Lucknow.

    Dear Sir,

    In Reference to your letter dated 1st June, 23, seeking submission of the detailed calendar plan as
    per the SOP on Pro Bono Club Scheme; we are elated and honored to share with you that we
    have taken some crucial and enthusiastic steps towards actively participating in the Scheme.
    After a due and proper induction process, a team of 20 students have been enlisted as the
    members of the Club. Further, as a result of the conscious deliberation among the members of
    the Student Committee and active guidance from our peers, we have framed the detailed calendar
    plan in accordance to which the Club shall function for the rest of the year.

    We request before you to take kind cognizance of the plan and confirm our membership for the
    Bono Club Scheme at the Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow, Lucknow. As we had prior
    mentioned in the Letter of Intent, dated 23 rd May, 23, we endeavor to fully dedicate our human
    resources to achieve all goals of the Scheme. We pledge to work vehemently for the betterment
    of the society, promote “Access to Justice” for all, and provide Legal Aid to the marginalized
    section and underprivileged individuals within our society.

    We eagerly look forward to the acceptance of our proposal and the activity calendar and further
    cogitations that shall be required to establish the Pro Bono Club at the Faculty of Law,
    University of Lucknow, Lucknow. Thank you for considering our application, we avidly await
    your acceptance.
