    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, WHITT KENNETH VINCENT C. AMPONG, Filipino, of legal age, single, and with address at with
    residence address at 267 Riverside, Dr. Provident Village, Marikina City hereby name, constitute and
    appoint, MARIQUITA C. AMPONG with residence address at 267 Riverside, Dr. Provident Village,
    Marikina City, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, with full
    authority to do the following:

    1. To do and perform all things necessary or desirable in order to settle the estate of my parent, ALDRIN
    VINCENT ANTHONY BALIO AMPONG (the “DECEDENT”), in the Philippines including, but
    not limited to:

    a. Coordinate, negotiate, and agree on the terms and conditions as my Attorneys-in-Fact deem

    settlement of the estate of the Decedent such as the deed of extrajudicial settlement;

    c. Sign, execute and deliver any and all documents, agreements and deeds, necessary for the
    disposition of any property covered by estate of the Decedent, including but not limited to a

    conferred by means of an instrument in writing in favor of any third person or persons whom the said
    attorney may select, and to revoke such substitution at his pleasure.

    perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
