Section 5: Statement of Interest in FNSIP

During the two years spent at my alma mater, I participated actively in various extra-curricular
activities and contributed to the vibrant social life of university. From arranging blood donation camps
to participating in different law lectures, I realized the importance of harmony and teamwork skills.
The progressive environment accompanied with the above-mentioned activities provided me with
motivation for the service of my community.

As a law student, this internship with the public engagement team provides me with a rare opportunity
to develop my skill set and deepen my understanding of international relations. Engaging in projects
aimed at fostering cultural interchange and improving ties between Pakistan and the United States will
provide me with practical experience in navigating intricate diplomatic environments and
comprehending the legal frameworks that support these kinds of interactions. My organizational and
communication skills will improve by helping to plan and carry out public events and programs. My
attention to detail and project management skills will be reinforced by documenting and organizing
logistics. Observing the public engagement team in action will give you a wealth of knowledge on
how diplomacy is used in real-world situations and how the law influences global cooperation and
discourse. All things considered, this internship offers a vibrant learning environment that
complements my legal studies and gets me ready for a future in law, diplomacy, and
international relations.
