About AIIMS
Established in 2012, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
Bhopal is an apex healthcare institute set up by the Ministry of
Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) under the Pradhan Mantri
Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY). The institute strives to stay in
the forefront of patient care, translational and clinical research,
academia and medical education. AIIMS Bhopal is situated at a
convenient distance of 22 km from Raja Bhoj airport, 9 km from
Bhopal railway station and 3 km from Rani Kamlapati railway
station.

About SoPI
The Society of Pharmacovigilance India (SoPI) is a non-profit
scientific organization that aims to improve the safety of medicines
through education and scientific methods. SoPI organizes training
programs and provides expertise in pharmacovigilance. Dr. K.C.
Singhal founded SoPI, which is the second professional society of
Pharamcovigilance in the world after the International Society of
Pharmacovigilance (ISoP).

SoPICON 2025 Pharmacovigilance Quiz

The SoPICON 2025 Pharmacovigilance Quiz is open for anyone who has
registered as a delegate for the conference.
A team must consist of three members who may be from the same or different
Institute or Discipline.
The quiz will comprise of a Preliminary Round and a Final Round. The
Preliminary Round will be a written test with objective type questions (multiple
choice questions, fill in the blanks, one-word questions, etc.).
There is no cap on the number of teams from an institute for the preliminary
round.
Four teams will be selected for the final round.
Not more than two teams from the same institute (or combination of institutes in
case of mixed teams) will be selected for the final round.
The final quiz will comprise of themed rounds, visual round, rapid fire round, etc.
The Preliminary Round will be on February 6, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. and the Final
Round on the same day evening.

No extra payment is required to participate in the Quiz

Last Date for Registration for Quiz is 15.01.2025

No separate registration is required for the Quiz.
You can opt to take part in the Quiz through the
Conference Registation Form.
Each team member has to register for the conference.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Structure (Common): Introduction (Background and Objective),
Methodology, Results, Conclusion.
Abstract Structure for case report: Background/Introduction, Case summary,
Management and treatment, Outcome and follow up, Discussion, Conclusion.
File format: Microsoft word/PDF file.
Abstract should not exceed 250 words (Font-Times New Roman 12, Spacing 1.5).
Authors: Underline Presenting Author. Include Name of Institute of affiliation of all
authors.
A maximum of 1 Abstract can be submitted by a single person.
Communication regarding acceptance and presentation will be sent to the author
by mail on or before 31.12.2024.

Time Allotted: 5 min + Q & A: 2 min. Poster size - 34 inches width × 44
PPT should include- inches height.
1. Abstract code (will be provided on Format of poster - Introduction,

Bhopal: The

The capital city of the Indian state of Madhya

Pradesh, Bhopal is situated in the heart of India.
Known as the City of Lakes, it is one of the
greenest cities in India. Bhopal is also home to a
number of exceptional museums including the
Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya &
the Tribal Museum, as well as cultural hubs like
Bharat Bhavan & Ravindra Bhavan.

Bhopal is close to UNESCO World Heritage Sites like the Sanchi Stupas &
