Benny Gunawan & Rekan (bgnrarchitects) firm
in Surabaya in 1989. The firm is now a team of
3 Partners and 30 architects working on high
number of projects ranging from private to
public scale.

bgnrarchitects started designing a number

of small scale projects of private homes and
commercial projects during the 1990s, and
have completed a wide range of projects from
apartment buildings, offices, and factories,
to large scale urban design within the past
quarter of a century.

bgnrarchitects is determined to create

contextual architecture that suits the needs of
our clients, whilst creating innovative designs
that contribute to the world through in-depth
social, environmental, and cultural
