Operational plan

This chapter encompasses the comprehensive management plan, encompassing the

technical procedures, physical infrastructure, and facility layout, along with virtual

representations extending from machinery and equipment to the identification of

suppliers. Subsequently, it outlines the operational flow, incorporating disciplined data

analysis that considers both maximum and minimum capacity, as well as waste

disposal management.

Flow of Operation

The opening of Sweat Serenity is at 8:00 A.M. Lunch break is at 12:00 noon

until 1:00 P.M. The Barrel sauna and spa check in time is at 8:30 A.M to 9:00 P.M.

Maximum and Minimum Capacity

Since Sweat Serenity Sauna and Spa is a large place estimating 1hectare land

area, the maximum capacity can accommodate of Sweat Serenity is 4-8 people a day.

It is favorable for Filipinos having large number of members and relatives. It is ideal

place where they can be relaxed and rejuvenate.

Waste Management

Proper waste disposal is accordance with establishment environmental

procedures is necessary. We have a project that support reduce, reuse, recycle and

rethink. The garbage will be collected on the scheduled day and time of the city

garbage collectors. For the cleanliness of the barrel sauna and spa there are janitors

to maintain the cleanliness and proper sanitation. When the waste bins are full it will

be taken to the garbage room at the back of the building for proper segregation before

picked-up by garbage crew at the scheduled time.
