DESCRIPTION: Royal Quinoa comes from the southern highlands of


Bolivia, cultivated by the Association of quinoa producers ANAPQUI,
with 14 affiliated regional organizations, located in the area of the
Coipasa and Uyuni salt flats.
ANAPQUI promotes biological agriculture, under the system of
environmental conservation.
PRODUCT PROFILE: Organic royal quinoa has a high nutritional
value, is gluten-free and easy to digest.
INTENDED USE AND CUSTOMER: The product is a consumable food
in general, recommended for people intolerant to lactose and gluten,
also for children of first age.
