    Applications are invited for filling up of 3 (three) numbers of Non-P.G. Resident Posts
    in the Department of Dentistry, TMC & H, Tezpur for a period of 6 (six) months from
    01/01/2025 to 30/06/2025 in a monthly fixed remuneration of Rs. 41,400/- P.M. for B.D.S.
    holder under residency scheme vide Govt. Notification No. MER.401913/116, Dtd. 19/01/2024.
    Applications should be in the Standard Form (Assam Gazette Part IX) along with all
    required supporting documents and certificates, duly self-attested and two recent passport
    sized photographs. Applications to be addressed to the Principal-cum-Chief Superintendent,
    Tezpur Medical College &Hospital, Bihaguri, Tezpur, Sonitpur, Assam- 784010 and have to reach
    the office of the undersigned on or before 16/12/2 024 in asealed envelope during office hours.
    Applications received either by post or by hand after last date of submission shall not be
    accepted under any circumstances. The detailed advertisement may also be seen in Institute
    website www.tmchassam.edu.in.
    Short listed candidates shall be called for interview, the date of which will be notified in
    the website. Decision of selection committee will be final.

    General terms and conditions:


    1. Selection is meant for a temporary basis.
    2. Applications are invited from candidates with the following criteria:
    a. The candidate must have completed the BDS course along with the one-year compulsory
    rotatory internship.
    b. The candidate should be registered with the Assam State Dental Council.
    3. Candidates should not be less than 21 (Twenty-One) years and not above 40 (Forty) years as on
    01-01-2024.
    4. Applications must be accompanied by self-attested copies of the following documents: (Original
    copies will be verified at the time ofinterview).
    a) HSLCAdmit Card.
    b) HSLC& HSSLC Mark sheet & Pass Certificate.
    c) AllBDS Mark Sheet.
    d) 1-YEAR Internship Completion Certificate.
    e) Permanent/ Provisional Registration certificate from Assam State Dental Council.
    f) NoObjection Certificate (NOC) (wherever applicable).
    5. Incomplete application forms will be REJECTED.
    6. Any candidate previously appointed in the same post (honorary/paid) in Tezpur Medical College
    &Hospital but did not complete the prescribed tenure need not apply.
    7.Persons already in regular time-scale service under any Government Department /

    8. Engagement of the above advertised Post will depend upon the availability of funds, functional
    requirements and approval of the Competent Authority &the process is liable to be withdrawn
    /cancelled / modified at any time.
    9. Successful candidates will normally be engaged for a period of 6months, subject to be
    extension/renewal of the post depending upon evaluation of performance, availability of funds,
    functionalrequirements and approval of Competent Authority.
    10. No TA/DA willbe borne by the institute to attend interview / written test.
    11. Nopersonal intimation will be entertained from/ with any candidate applying for the said post.
    12. Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the
    candidature at any stage.
    13.Tezpur Medical College &Hospital reserves the right to consider or reject any application or
    candidature without providing a reason.
    14.The persons engaged on a contractual basis shall not have any claim on aregular post in this
    institute.
    15. Leave shall be as per the guideline.
    16. After scrutiny of the applications, shortlisted candidates will be allowed to appear for personal
    interview subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and selection willbe done accordingly.
    17.The undersigned reserves the right to cancel/modify the process at any time.
    18.The decision of the Competent Authority will be final and binding.
    19. Canvassing in any form by candidate will result in disqualification.
