    KNOW ALL PERSONS BY; THESE PRESENT of this Power of Attorney we, AVIASEVEN TANZANIA LIMITED,
    registered in Tanzania, Do hereby appoint, agent and authorize STAVROS FOINITSIS who is Hellenic
    Citizen with Passport Number BA2396005, to act on behalf of the Company in all matter relating to
    representing, signing Contracts and attending meetings in regards to Tanzania Aviation Authority,
    Zanzibar Aviation Authority on all matters relating to aforementioned with licensed business with
    B.L.NO. 20000075056.

    That, FIDELIS MAURUS MHAKILICHA, A Director with Tanzania National Identity Card Number
    19790424704000000229 on behalf of the Company, We do give our said Attorney full and absolute
    power and authority to do and execute all acts, deeds, matters and things which may be necessary or
    expedient aforesaid as fully and effectually to all intends and purpose as we could do if personally
    present and acting there in and also with full power and authority for our said attorney to appoint any
    other substitute or substitutes as such substitution at pleasure may be revoked.
