1. Why does the sound comes out of the mobile phone instead of the earbuds when answering a phone call or listening to the music?
A: Please check if the device has connected to phone media and media audio. If it is connected to the phone media, the sound will come out of the mobile phone while you are listening to the music, but if it is already connected to the media audio, the sound will come out of the mobile phone when answering a phone call. The sound will come out of the earbuds only when both the phone audio and media audio are connected to the device.
2. What to do if the earbuds and device are out of sync?
A: Due to the fact that there might be a decoding time of 10-20
milliseconds. It is a normal phenomenon that the earbuds might be out of sync sometimes. You may disconnect the earbuds and reconnect it. Or use another music player instead.
3. What is the ideal distance between earubds and phone?
A: The effective straight-line distance of the earbuds is about 5-8
meters, the maximum reaches to about 9-10 meters. It gives the optimal effect in 5 meters under the circumstance of zero obstacle. Normally, the distance of ears, mobile brands, and surrounding environments may have different interference.
4. Why there is no response when charging the earbuds through the
power bank?
A: The input current of the earbuds is too low for the power bank to identify its battery status, therefore, the power bank will not supply power to the earbuds and it will turn off automatically.
1. To avoid any hearing damage, please moderate the volume and limit the time when using the earbuds, otherwise, it may cause permanent damage or loss of hearing.
2. To ensure your safety, please do not use the earbuds or answer a
phone call while driving, riding bicycle or crossing the street.
3. The sound might be slightly out of sync with the the picture when watching videos with earbuds on.
4. When not in use for a prolonged period, please charge the earbuds charging case every month to extend the lifespan of the product.
5. The voltage and current of the charger should be less than 5V/1A, if the output voltage and current exceed the specified standard, it may cause severe damage to the product and the warranty will be voided.
Note: Any damage to the product that is not a manufacturing defect
