    In connection with the Secret Ballot Election-II which was held on 4th, 5th, and
    th
    6 December 2024, the counting of the ballots is scheduled to be held on 12.12.2024
    as per the final modalities at Railway Bal Bhavan High School, Aynavaram.

    In this regard, the contesting unions are advised the forward the names of TEN
    representative (08+02 standby) in the following format in the letter addressed to The
    Presiding Officer, SBE-III, Chennai Division.

    All the required stationary items, refreshments etc., will be provided by the
    administration. They shall be strictly advised not carry any paper/pen/electronics
    gadgets inside the school gate on the scheduled date and in case unavoidable, the
    same shall be deposited to the undersigned before commencement. Further, they are
    necessarily to be present inside the school premises till the Presiding Officer grants
    permission to leave the venue.

    The representatives will be allowed entry only between 0730-0755 hrs inside
    the school gate. Also, representatives (max 02) who wish to accompany the
    transportation of ballot boxes from strong room to counting center by making their own
    arrangements shall report at 0600 hrs at DRM office.

    All the nominations in the above format shall be submitted to Industrial


    Relations Cell (Mob: 90031 61621) latest by 11.12.2024 (1500 hrs). Please note that
    once nomination is made, no further changes will be allowed under any circumstances.

    Reference is made to this office letter of even reference dated 06.12.2024.

    Considering the service exigencies, the following modifications are advised.

    In place of TEN names, the contesting unions shall forward only FIVE
    names of counting agents.

    Only serving railway employee shall be nominated as counting


    agent(s) and considering the smooth train operations, no running staff
    shall be nominated as counting agent.

    Out of FIVE nominated counting agents, 02 shall report at 0600 hrs at


    strong room to witness the opening and 03 shall report directly to
    counting venue at 07.30 hrs.

    All other earlier instruction stands good.
