    I. Please fill all the columns with CAPITAL LETTERS only.
    II. The Contest will be held as per ICC schedule.
    III. The fee for the Global final can be paid through Deposit Slip / Bank Draft/Pay Order/Internet Banking,
    drawn in favor of INTERNATIONAL CONTESTS CENTER.
    IV. The fee can be directly transferred to our:

    V. The registration fee will be refunded if the visa is refused, except for the embassy and consultancy fee,
    and it will be made within 25 working days. There will be no refund once the visa is issued.
    VI. A fee of US $150 will be charged for any withdrawal after the registration once submitted.
    VII. In accordance with our governing regulations, a fine of up to US $3,000 may be levied against
    individuals whose actions adversely impact the organization's reputation or credibility in any
    manner.

    VIII. Only One guardian is allowed to accompany the contestant during the Global final event.
    IX. All students participating in the global final event are bound to proceed and return exclusively with the
    ICC team on the given date and time.
    X. All the students & guardians will only travel from “Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore”.
    XI. For any information on the Global Final, you are advised to contact only the below-mentioned numbers:

    Australia from 13 April 2025 to 21 April 2025, (9 days) OR 13 April to 16 April 2025 (4 days) ,I permit
    my son/daughter to travel and participate in the Junior English Olympiad Global Final 2025.

    I will bear all the expenses and allow ICC (International Contests Center Pvt. Ltd.) to arrange a
    Supervisor/Guardian during his/her travel to and from Pakistan.

    I authorize ICC to administer medication a n d provide medical treatment if any medical condition
    happens.

    I will not make any claim against ICC or any individual in case any incident/loss happens during this
    travel.

    *Instructions/Guidelines

    1. The parent and the witness are to provide a copy of their CNIC with this consent form.
    2. ICC will appoint one male adult supervisor for boys and a female supervisor for girls.
    3. The students have to abide by the instructions and rules of the supervisor during
    their stay for the Global Final.
    4. The supervisor will not leave the student unattended at any stage.
    5. ICC may appoint a supervisor who is a teacher and be appointed by the
    head of the organization (School/College).
    6. ICC may post the Global Final photos on social media/ website, during and after the
    event.
    7. The supervisor will be professional (possess interpersonal skills, communication
    skills, and be respectful)
