On September 23, 2022 at around 9:30 in the morning, PCMS

Ceasar Talib, MESPO conducted awareness lecture during the
church anniversary of the Crusaders of Christ held at
Poblacion, Calanasan Apayao. Topics discussed were
elements and penalties of RA 11648, RA 8353, RA 11313 and
safety tips to avoid victim of cybercrimes and other online
scammer. Said PNCO also encouraged the congregation to participate and help the
PNP on their advocacy on crime prevention of gender-based violence in the
municipality and to prevent occurrence of sexual abuse and other domestic violence
in the community.

On October 4, 2022 at around 7:51 AM PLT PAULO NASEN

PAYAN, OIC conducted lecture about Republic Act No. 11479
to the residents of Brgy. Sta. Elena, Calanasan, Apayao. He
explained to them that anti-terrorism law aims to prevent,
prohibit, and punish terrorists and the policy of the State to
protect life, liberty, and property from terrorism, to condemn
terrorism as sinful and dangerous to national security of the country and the welfare
of the people, and make terrorism a crime against the Filipino people, against
humanity, and against The Law of Nations. At the same time, said personnel
distributed IEC materials containing measures to avoid recruitment by terrorist
groups.

CONNER MPS

On October 1, 2022 at 3:00 PM onwards PSSg Dick Dandan

had short lecture to BPAT members from Brgy. Karikitan and
Guinamgamman, Conner relative to beneficiaries of FRs and
E-CLIP, ELCAC during their training at Conner MPS
Caglayan, Conner Apayao.
On October 5, 2022 PCPl Cynthia Salicantu had short lecture
among Grade 3 pupils (8 female and 6 male) of Nabuangan
Elementary School Nabuangan, Conner, relative to Awreness
on Trafficking In-Person and RA 11313 (Bawal Bastos Law).
This is to help the pupils against criminal act of lawless
elements.

On October 7, 2022 at around 3:30 PM, PCpl Mary M Dorado,

READY Officer of this station conducted lecture on PNP
Project Project R.E.A.D.Y on Module 3 with the Grade 7 and 8
students of Cupis National High School and the deceptive
strategies of the Underground mass organizations of CPP-
NPA-NDF in the continuous recruitment of youth especially in
the school base. Likewise encouraged them to be vigilant and smart in joining any
NGOs or CSO especially if not registered to any government accreditation buddy.

On October 12, 2022 at about 10:00 AM, Personnel of Conner

MPS led by PLT PRUDANTE A GATAN, OIC had lecture to
BPAT members and Tanod of Brgy. Cupis, Conner. This
activity aims to educate the BPATs on their roles and
responsibilities in governance, equip them with skills on arrest
and seizure, and inform them of the provisions of
“Katarungang Pambarangay” or the Barangay Justice System.

PNCO of this station under the supervision of PLT
PRUDANTE A GATAN, OIC conducted lecture to Binibini and
Ginoo Ng Conner contestants at Conner MPS Caglayan,
Conner Apayao. The said PNCO discussed the salient
features of RA 8353 and it's existing penalties.

lecture on the salient points of Anti-bullying Act of 2013 (RA
10627) to Grade V pupils at Kabugao Central School, Brgy.
Poblacion, Kabugao, Apayao. This activity aims to decrease
the prevalence of bullying and promote a safe, warm environment for the pupils at
the said school.

1st APFMC

a. Lectures on Crime Prevention/Public Safety (Awareness Lecture)

On September 16, 2022 at around 8:00 AM, 1 st Apayao PMFC

RCSP team led by PSMS Breitner Baydan attended the
Barangay Session participated by barangay officials, BPAT
and other community members at Barangay Tamalunog,
Flora, Apayao. PSMS Baydan lectured during the session and
discussed on the duties and responsibilities of local executive
on the attainment of the goals of NTF-ELCAC and on crime prevention and solution
especially the protection of women and children against abuses. Likewise, solicit
their support on the KASIMBAYANAN Program of the PNP.

On September 17, 2022 at around 8:58 AM, 1st Apayao PMFC

RCSP team led by PCpl Israel Gayod attended the Barangay
Session participated by BPATs and senior citizen at Barangay
Malayugan, Flora, Apayao. Likewise, PCpl Israel Gayod
lectured during the session and discussed on the duties and
responsibilities of the community on the attainment of the
goals of NTF-ELCAC and on crime prevention and solution especially the protection
of women and children against abuses. Likewise, reiterated their support on the
KASIMBAYANAN Program of the PNP.

drugs to the participants of the Mushroom Production Seminar
and Workshop held at Alem Barangay Hall, Alem, Pudtol, Apayao. Likewise, solicit

Pandagos personnel of 1st APMFC conducted lecture to the
residents of Sitio Lagpan, Upper Atok, Flora, Apayao. Where
he reiterated to them the Intensified Campaign against
Terrorism and by declaring CTGs as Persona Non-Grata to
their barangay. Likewise, solicit their support on the
KASIMBAYANAN Program of th PNP.

On October 17, 2022 at around 9:00 AM, personnel of 1 st

Apayao PMFC led by PCPL Joenel T Gammad under the
supervision of PMAJ DARWIN CLARK A DOMOCMAT, OIC
conducted lecture on Community Anti-Terrorism Awareness
(CATA), Anti-Illegal Drug Awareness and RA 9262 also known
as AntI-Violence against Women and their Children to the
residents of Barangay Atok, Flora, Apayao. Likewise, informed them on the safety
measures during this incoming UNDAS 2022 to avoid being victimized by lawless
elements.
