ABSTRACT

ICT significantly improves the educational experiences of grade 11

students with special needs. Tools like text-to-speech software, speech
recognition, and interactive learning applications help students overcome
communication and understanding obstacles, increasing their interest in
learning. ICT also fosters collaboration between educators, parents, and
specialists, promoting equity and inclusion in schools. It also aids disabled
students in adapting to the learning environment and achieving academic
success. ICT also helps develop critical life skills like social interaction and
independence. As ICT becomes more integrated into special education, it
will further enhance educational opportunities for children with
disabilities.
